Apple peeling & pitting & cutting machine
1. The main equipments of this system are fabricated with stainless steel framework and antioxidation materials.
2. The main principle is: After the pre-treatment is completed, the apples are conveyed to the fruit storage trough
of main machine. Operator will put each apple onto the appointed working position as per process requirement.
The machine will pare off the apple peel and remove the core and seeds, at the same time, it can cut the apples
to 2 segments, 4 segments till 16 segments or loop chips.
3. All the processing is completed on the same main machine independently. The peel, core and seeds of apple,
finished products are output from separate outlets without interference.

Working principle
The apples are station to the triangel knife through the operator. Work main wheel is equipped with 20 units, the main wheel speed regulating motor control the rotation speed, be inserted apples to rotate with the turntable, then start to peel. Peeled apples into the area in motor driven automatic rotation by the action of the belt, Peel knife in the role of tension spring press on the outside of the apple, and peel the apple from bottom to the top. The peel are discharged to the peel collecting tank by high-pressure wind. Peeled apples are into the slicing working area. Under the drive of motor reverse rotation, fixed on the cutter bar of knives are slicing for them one by one. Slicing knife on the tool holder can be adjusted freely up and down, slice thickness can be adjusted within 5 mm to 15 mm. Sliced apple into the coring and segmenting area, the coring and segmenting knives are driven by two sets of CAM which rotary synchronous rotation and do up and down, after finish coring and segmenting action back to the initial position. The height and distance of coring and segmenting knives can be adjusted freely. Apple core are discharged from the hollow tube of coring and segmenting, and collected to the fruit core collection tank.
