At fruit juice production workshop, citrus is put into feeding chute after manual sorting, and then roll down along feeding chute.Citrus come to the bottom of fruit storage box after rolling along feeding chute, with machine running, lifting device rise along slide guide, each rise brings up one citrus and put it into lower bowl.
The citrus in the lower bowl stop on the top of lower core removing cutter-- sharp tubular cutter, there is another cutter called upper core removing cutter in upper bowl.
Upper bowl quickly moves down until touch with the citrus, and slow down to squeeze, at this time, core removing base as well as core removing mandrel begin to move up from the lowest position. When upper bowl squeeze the citrus to a certain extent, the upper and lower bowl fully wrap the citrus, the lower cutter cut a round peel from citrus leaving the citrus a circular hole; when upper bowl continues to move down, continue to squeeze citrus, round peels, juice, flesh and core were squeezed into the filter tube.
As upper bowl continues to move downward, citrus internal parts are all pressed into the filter tube except peel. When the upper bowl reach the lowest position, the upper and lower bowl fully gear meshed, the upper cutter and the lower cutter joint together, and cut the a round peel on top of citrus, forming a round hole on citrus, the cut round peel was pressed into the lower cutter. The rest peel are pressed into upper bowl cavity by lower bowl teeth, and form a ring shape with the press by upper bowl teeth, and finally the peel was cut into thin strips by upper and lower bowl press together, the thin strips are finally pressed out from Upper and lower bowl cavity.
The thin strips and oil slurry of orange oil are pressed out from lower bowl, Around the lower bowl, oil slurry can be re-processed to get peel oil
The round peels cutted from lower cutter and upper cutter leaves in the filter tube. The middle of the two peels is previously pressed flesh, core and a certain amount of juice. During the ascending process of the upper bowl, core removing base rapidly rise, and push core removing mandrel into the small hole of the filter tube, the juice is squeezed out of the filter tube holes, and flesh, peel, core are pressed into the inner hole of the mandrel and discharged from the opening at the bottom of the mandrel. The pressure applied to the flesh can be adjusted by the big sprocket in the sprocket box. Section 4 of this operating instruction will describe the adjustment method in further detail.
One of the obvious advantages of the bowl type juicer is that it separates peel, core and flesh instantly during pressing, thereby eliminating the undesirable bitterness. When core removing base is close to the highest point, the upper bowl began to slowly move up, when core removing base reaches the highest point, the round peel cutted by upper cutter is topped out by core removing mandrel, meanwhile the upper bowl move up rapidly, on one hand it will not stop a new citrus comes into the lower bowl, on the other hand it can cut off the peel. After the core removing base come to the highest point, it brings the mandrel move down rapidly, and empty the filter tube to make ready to process the next citrus.
